作者簡介：

莫禮恩（James Mok）創作《超越時空的挑戰》時，還是個於澳洲悉尼小學 (Sydney Grammar, St. Ives Preparatory School) 就讀的十歲學生。現時十六歲的他於英國的中學 (Winchester College) 讀書。他於一個快樂的基督教家庭中成長。家中有父母和一個妹妹。

莫禮恩動靜皆宜，熱愛競技運動帶給他的挑戰之餘，也鍾情於C. S. 路易斯 (C. S. Lewis)、安東尼‧霍洛維茲 (Anthony Horowitz) 及約翰‧弗拉納根 (John Flanagan) 的寫作。他不看書就運動，不下棋就彈鋼琴或拉大提琴。

莫禮恩最希望於書中的「白茉莉姨姨糖果商場」暢遊兩句鐘。他也希望長大後能夠像經歷過《超越時空的挑戰》的角色，做個堅持、忍耐、謙虛、信任的人。同時，他也立志找出治癒癌症之法。

James Mok was a ten year old student at Sydney Grammar School, St. Ives Preparatory School in Sydney, Australia at the time of writing this novel. He is now sixteen years old, studying in Winchester College in the UK. He has been brought up in a happy Christian family with his parents and a younger sister.

James loves the challenges of competitive sports and the writing of C. S. Lewis, Anthony Horowitz and John Flanagan. When he is not reading or playing sport, you will find him enjoying a game of chess or playing his music instruments, the cello and the piano.

James’ greatest wish is to spend two hours in Molly Blossom’s Lolly Emporium. He hopes to grow up to be a shining example of the lessons his characters learn throughout the book and aspires to find a cure for cancer.
